Can you use anyone’s likeness?

We can’t use the likeness of real people or celebrities without their consent. If the person has passed, we can consider this only with the consent of a close family member or friend.

Will my piece be unique?

AI is just another tool to bring out human creativity. We only involve ourselves in human storytelling, with concept, design, story, editing and all creative direction being human led.
How do you make sure you are using AI ethically?

We are aware that not all AI-models are ethically sound and workflows have to be navigated with ethical AI in mind. We provide an ethics plan ahead of every project but can address any specific concerns you have as well.
Are AI-generated videos deceptive?

We always disclose AI-use and design all our projects to specifically avoid misleading or misrepresenting any element.
Can you make anything?

Do I own the rights to my piece?
Not everything lends itself to AI. If we don’t think we can create your project, we will let you know.
You own the work we make for you. If we want to use any part of it for any other purpose (including our own portfolio), we will request permission first. Everything we incorporate is royalty free.
